Michael is the President of LST's CFO Outsourcing Division and the NJ Practice Leader of Lion Star Tax and LST Consultants. Michael is an Enrolled Agent by the IRS and holds a Master's of Accounting. He has a deep understanding of the United States Federal Tax Code (IRC) and State & Local Tax Regulations, with an enhanced focus on NJ and NY compliance. Aside from his extensive experience in business accounting, tax preparation, compliance, and payroll administration, Michael specializes in the real estate spaces and actively manages the accounting and compliance matters for a robust portfolio of real estate enterprises.
He serves as a fractional CFO to many business organizations, enabling them to thrive by providing tangible added value and experience all for reduced overhead costs.
His knowledge and expertise continue to positively impact clients' bottom lines. His unique ability to devise simple solutions to complex tax and business issues combined with his positive energy, all make Michael a genuine asset to each client under his care.

Zach is the Founder and NY Practice Leader of Lion Star Tax and LST Consultants. He has an extensive background in taxation and accounting, having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Touro University and earning his bona fides at Deloitte & Touche. Following Deloitte, Zach continued to grow his career at Ernst & Young and then at Mazars USA.
After more then a decade of combined service at these international firms, Zach founded LST with the intention of providing world-class client service at competitive costs; combining extensive and polished industry knowledge, technological efficiencies, together with a strong commitment to his clients. His ability to offer "Big-4" level technical expertise combined with his signature and tailored touch continue to be appreciated and valued by his exclusive roster of clients.
